Q: Why are you called The Healthy, Sexy Mom?

A: I suppose my fans call me The Healthy, Sexy Mom because I am a cross between June Cleaver and Madonna. I love doing "mom" activities and I believe everyone is better off getting laid regularly. Sex is the center of all life. Humans have especially evolved to be sexual beings because sex makes us healthier...mind, body, and soul.

My life as a science writer began in 1997 with Penthouse Magazine. Now, in my monthly columns for IRONMAN and Fitness Rx for Men, and in my books, Sex Heals and The Ten Commandments of Health and Fitness, I am constantly reporting on the physical healing properties of sex, orgasms, and even playful flirting. Sexual arousal and orgasms mix up delicious cocktails of healing hormones that improve our immune system, burn fat, and reduce the risk of cancers, just name a few! Sex certainly beats trudging along on a treadmill and eating bowlfuls of bran!

Q: What are your greatest accomplishments?

A: By far my greatest accomplishments are my children, Tejay and Andrew. Nothing could make a mother more elated than to hear her sons proudly exclaim, "Our mama wrote a book called Sex Heals!" After each of their births I proved how important sex was in getting people in tip-top shape. Muscle Media Magazine featured my photos just one month after Tejay was born, and I won a Venus Swimsuit Model Contest just five months after Andrew came into our world. Daily orgasms were an integral part of my training program so that my uterus would contract back into shape quickly, giving me back my flat tummy.

Q: What experience do you have in the media?

A: My appearance on Dick Clark's The Other Half has been my most exciting media experience so far. I was featured as "The Romance Palm Reader", and I had a blast amazing Dick and his audience with my hand analysis talents. Other tv and radio appearances include: The G. Gordan Liddy Radio Show (syndicated on 200 stations nationwide), The Dr. Susan Block Show (featured on HBO's Real Sex), HotTalk 1140 AM, (largest radio talk show in Las Vegas), and Conversations with Gene Edwards, an Educational TV program. I've done countless interviews on radio stations across the country regarding my articles on sexual health in Penthouse Magazine.

Writing was my first love in the media. Countless articles of mine have been published in international magazines. Radio was my "second" love in the media, as I hosted my own show called "The Health Nuts" for over three years which broadcasted on SuperTalk FM throughout the state of MS and over the internet. Public appearances are now my "third" love, as I am promoting my book, Sex Heals, through book signings and speaking engagements. My most enjoyable one so far was a radio remote I did with Vicki Lawrence.

Q: Where do you see yourself in the near future?

A: Watch out, Dr. Ruth and Richard Simmons! In less than a year The Healthy, Sexy Mom will be worldwide and synonymous with fun, fitness, and SEX! I will still be professing the healing powers of sex through Sex Heals, and I plan on having at least two more books (Sex Heals, Too and Moore Sex) and a nationally syndicated column on the market by then. Although writing is my main passion, I also plan on being the host of my own syndicated radio program again so that even more people can learn how sex can make becoming healthier and more fit simple, fun, and delightfully exciting!
